United CPR – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: February 22, 2025
Welcome to United CPR (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking a class, or participating in our training sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Information
United CPR provides American Heart Association (AHA)-compliant CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification courses. By registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to follow them.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
2. Class Registration and Requirements

  • Students must register online using accurate and complete information.

  • For virtual classes, students are required to complete the AHA online course (purchased separately) before attending their in-person skills check.

  • Students must bring valid proof of course completion and a photo ID to their appointment.

  • For in-person classes, all training materials are provided at the United CPR location.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling or denial of certification.
3. Payment Policy

  • Payment for all classes is due at the time of booking.

  • Course fees cover the skills check, instruction, materials, and certification processing.

  • Online AHA course fees are separate and paid directly to the American Heart Association.

We accept major credit and debit cards through secure third-party payment processors.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if United CPR cancels or reschedules a class due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are not available for:

  • Missed appointments or late arrivals

  • Incorrect bookings or scheduling errors

  • Cancellations without valid reason or short notice

Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours.
5. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule once for free if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will require a $30 rescheduling fee.

  • Reschedule requests must be made by email or text using the contact details below.

6. Certification Policy

  • Certifications are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements.

  • The certification card provided is AHA-compliant and valid for two years.

  • United CPR is not responsible for lost or misplaced certification cards after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability
United CPR instructors and staff are trained professionals who prioritize safety. However, participation in CPR and First Aid training involves physical activity. By attending a class, you agree to participate at your own risk.
United CPR, its affiliates, and instructors are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in training sessions or misuse of learned techniques.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content, graphics, and designs are the property of United CPR and are protected by copyright laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials without prior written permission is prohibited.
9. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to act respectfully toward instructors and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
